End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Solvrix ("Company") for the use of SolvPro software ("Software").

1. License Grant Solvrix hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SolvPro solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• The User shall not distribute, lease, rent, make available, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• The User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Ownership The Software is licensed, not sold. Solvrix retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates Solvrix may provide updates or modifications to the Software, which shall be governed by this Agreement unless such updates come with separate terms.

5. Termination Solvrix may terminate this Agreement and the User’s access to the Software immediately if the User breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Solvrix does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Solvrix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
